It's Night of the Living Dead meets Singin' in the Rain as we follow the story of a family trapped in a cabin battling zombies who have come to eat their brains. All in classic Broadway fashion!
Jonathan McDevitt: Jonathan McDevitt, the writer, director, star, co-producer editor, and composer of Opening Night of the Living Dead, has been making movies since a very young age. He shot his first Super 8 film in 1996 at the age of 10, and has since graduated from New York University's prestigious film and television production program. Jonathan is a big fan of silent films and musicals. As well as horror movies and cartoons. And his favorite director is Woody Allen, who makes none of these. Needless to say, his interests are quite eclectic. He hopes someday to be a great filmmaking force, as well as invent some sort of wind-powered time-machine. He figures, with two ridiculously far-fetched dreams, one of them has to come true, right?
