Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Virginia has a background in architecture, graphic design and production design. Between 2000 and 2005 she lived in Miami, where she worked at MTV Latin-America as a junior web designer. After two rewarding years, she entered the editorial world, working for several fashion magazines as an art director. Still creatively unsatisfied, Virginia decided to look for new outlets of creative expression and then entered the world of filmmaking.
