Grainger David is a director and screenwriter from Wadmalaw Island, SC. He is a graduate of Princeton University and holds an MFA from the NYU Graduate Film Program, where he was the WTC Johnson Fellow. Grainger has worked as a gas station attendant, a firewood splitter, and a National Magazine Award-nominated journalist, and he once interviewed the President of Mongolia. He recently wrapped production on his NYU thesis film, The Chair.
